Cows on the beach with waves and sunsets...?

I'm not sure how Catherina managed to pull a cow out of that seascape, but she did! Ok, so we we all painted different images tonight. It was an experiment so that I could guide our new students through our seascape painting while watching the 'regulars' work through some problem solving on their own. It was very fun to watch. They all did a remarkable job working through their images. Our Wave Mavens did a great job with color and light and form. I enjoyed watching them problem solve. Catherina chose to punish herself with cows. Definitely a tough one. She did a grand job of it, though. I know she struggled with the idea of the cows not needing to be realistic. We'll address the cows as a group on Monday. A special welcome to our newest painters. You all did a wonderful job with your moody blue seascapes. Very nicely done!
