Learning to create beautiful acrylic paintings has never been so easy and economical!
We have many different lessons in Landscape, Seascape, Floral, and Still Life. Each class is $25 and lasts for two hours. That's plenty of time to finish your very own masterpiece!
Minimum class size is 2 students.
Paid students in classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be rescheduled.

To participate in the Acrylic Painting classes, you must do two things.
1) You must sign up for a time/date slot with the instructor.
2) You must pay for your class at the Customer Care Counter at Michaels.
You may pay for your classes before or after you speak with the instructor, but you must speak with the instructor to establish your date and time.
Classes must be paid for at least 24 hours before the class time. Classes without two paid students will be cancelled on the morning of the class.
When you pay for your classes, you will receive a syllabus for each one from the cashier. Your syllabus will tell you what supplies you need to purchase for your particular class. Items in grey are included in the student starter kit. Other items must be purchased (or brought from home) in addition to the student kit.
You may purchase a student starter kit that includes your basic colors, 2 canvas panels, 2 brushes, and a palette knife. Each class type (i.e. floral, landscape, seascape, etc.) will have 1 or 2 additional colors that are required to complete that type of painting. These are NOT included in the kit. Your kit (and the additional colors) provides you with enough paint to complete many paintings.
Michaels coupons CAN be used on the student kits.
Your syllabus will also have a coupon that you can use to purchase your supplies and any other items you purchase that day. Be sure to bring in any 40% or 50% coupons that you find in the flyers or online. You can use these with your syllabus discount.
