We had a full house tonight, and a lot of fabulous creations. We painted from another of Stefan Luchian's (pronounced Lu kee un, per Brenda) floral paintings. Love his work This one was more of a challenge in that it is very monochromatic. The differentiation between forms had to come from value instead of hue. Lots of great work from everyone. It was definitely a frustrating one, but hopefully everyone learned a lot. We were happy to see the return of Theresa and Loraine, and we welcomed Josh, Mary, and Hayley to the circus. Incredible paintings by our new students. It's not always easy to keep up with this group, and they all excelled. Definitely a great class!
